We’ve extended our longstanding relationship with WYE (formerly Top Gift), with Savills advising on a series of new 15-year leases across our sites.
The agreements will cover existing locations within our Baldock, Leeds, Cambridge, and Peterborough services, as well as flagship sites at Cobham and Beaconsfield. A new WYE unit will also open later in the year at our Blackburn services.
WYE is a market leader in scalable kiosk‑based retail solutions that offers a wide range of mobile and tech accessories. With more than 10,000 product lines available, the retailer ensures a consistently well‑stocked offer designed around the needs of customers travelling on the UK’s motorway network.
Additional space has been agreed and fitted at our Cambridge and Peterborough services to further enhance the customer experience. The new leases follow our established model incorporating both base rent and turnover‑linked elements.
