We have partnered with Zero Burden Service, incorporating MissingX, the world’s largest lost and found database and return service.
If you have lost something at one of our Motorway Services Areas you may be able to find it and have it safely & securely returned.
You should search the database for your item first. If the item was handed in then it will be logged here and you can claim it using the ‘claim’ icon next to the item on the results page. If your item is not shown on the results page then please REGISTER the loss at the top of the Results page.
When you register your item and contact details with Missing X, we will let you know by email if we find your item.
Once your item is found, we will send you a link to pay for shipping to a destination of your choice.
Where does lost property go? It can take up to 7 days for items to reach Missing X. If you leave something at one of our Motorway Service Areas, it’s normally recorded as found there, however, we do not keep items for more than a few days.
The Zero Burden Service will collect and store all our items and any items subsequently claimed will be subject to a small handling fee with postage and packing.
If you have any feedback good or bad, you can contact us in the following ways:
Proud partners of the National Littering Campaign Keep It, Bin it!
The ‘Keep it, Bin it’ campaign is a bold statement of intent to tackle the scourge of littering. Littering is antisocial and unacceptable. It plagues our environment and poisons our wildlife. We know we won’t achieve this ambition by working alone. Everyone is thrilled to see some of the biggest companies including Extra Motorway Service Areas, Mars Wrigley Confectionery, Greggs, Pepsi Co and McDonald’s and the tireless campaigners at Keep Britain Tidy, joining forces with us to help improve our precious environment.
