We’re proud to be supporting Air Ambulance Week and the life-saving work carried out by our 2026 charity partner Air Ambulances UK (AAUK) every day across the UK.
This year’s campaign centres on the theme of “Every Mission Starts With You”, which recognises the generosity of volunteers, fundraisers and communities in helping support the air ambulance charities’ lifesaving work.
Every day, air ambulance crews are dispatched to more than 137 missions across the UK, bringing hospital-level care directly to patients experiencing life-threatening injuries and medical emergencies. Operating in partnership with the NHS, air ambulance charities rely almost entirely on donations to help save lives.
As part of our partnership with AAUK, we’ve supported a range of activities to help raise funds and awareness throughout the year. These included a 5k fun run at our Leeds Skelton Lake site and providing space across our motorway network for volunteer-led stands, games and educational activities, to engage colleagues and customers with the charity’s mission.
