Extra MSA has officially secured the number one spot for toilet cleanliness! We have been presented with the Loo of the Year Champions League – Standards of Excellence Award.
Dubbed the “washroom Oscars”, this award is presented to organisations winning five or more five-star awards, which formally certifies our consistent high standard of toilet management.
Our facilities were subject to unannounced visits and assessed against 101 judging criteria, including signage and décor, overall standards of cleanliness, and accessibility and customer care. Thousands of toilets across the UK are Ireland are scrutinised annually as part of these industry-leading awards.
This award follows our recent crowning as Britain’s number one motorway service operator – in which we ranked top of the table with customer satisfaction with our toilets.
Recognition of our commitment to keeping our facilities in great shape is a real victory for Extra MSA. It marks the ongoing efforts of our fantastic colleagues for their hard work in both maintaining and consistently raising our incredibly high standards of service.
