Dogs
Everyone is welcome at Extra Services and that invitation extends to your four legged friends – we all know they are part of the family. Dogs must be well behaved and on the lead at all time when using our service areas. Please note though, dogs are not permitted inside our tenant brand restaurants or retail shops.
Dog-Friendly Areas
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in food hall seating, thoroughfares, and outdoor spaces. No dogs in restaurants or retail shops.
Responsible Ownership
Dogs must be on a lead and under control. Disruptive dogs may be asked to leave.
Dog Facilities
Outdoor walking areas, water stations, and waste bins are available.

All assistance dogs are allowed on sites and in restaurants, shops, and facilities.
Drivers can bring their dogs inside to use the toilet facilities but not inside restaurants or shops.
If it’s not safe to leave your dogs outside, they can come inside while you use the facilities or food hall, but not inside the restaurant areas or retail shops.
There are outdoor spaces with walking routes and areas for dogs to relieve themselves and drink water near building entrances. Dogs are not permitted inside restaurants or shops.
Code of Conduct
We allow all customers, not just those with assistance dogs, to bring their dogs into restricted areas of Extra Service Area sites.
Dog owners will be able to access main food hall seating, thoroughfares and toilets. Only assistance dogs are allowed access to our catering and retail outlets.
Dogs must be well-behaved and be on a lead at all times. Owners must be always in full control of their dogs and are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour.
If a dog is disruptive or aggressive in any way, Extra Motorway Service Areas reserves the right to ask its owner and their dog to leave the premises.
